rmv-bg.com processes selected images in your browser. The background-removal workflow does not upload your image or file name to our server or an analytics provider.

Information We Process

When you use the background remover, your browser loads the app and the AI model assets required to run the removal process. The image you choose stays in your browser session for preview, conversion, and download.

Local Image Processing

The app uses browser technology to process your image locally. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not add watermarks to your downloaded transparent PNG files.

Browser Storage

Your browser may cache site files and model assets, and it stores your theme and analytics-cookie preferences. These preferences help the site remember your choices. You can clear this data through your browser settings or reopen Cookie choices from the footer.

Analytics and Session Recording

If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand how the site is used. These services may process page views, clicks, scrolling, navigation paths, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device information, performance data, and allowlisted interaction events. Microsoft Clarity may create session recordings and heatmaps of website interactions.

The upload and user-image preview area is masked from Clarity as defense in depth. Analytics payloads are restricted to allowlisted operational values such as image format, coarse file-size bucket, result dimensions, processing duration, and error category. They do not include an image, file, blob URL, source URL, or file name.

Analytics Cookies and Consent

The Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity scripts are not requested before you accept analytics. If you decline, the site does not load either analytics tag. If you accept, these services may use analytics cookies or similar browser storage. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled.

You can accept, decline, or revisit your decision at any time using Cookie choices in the footer. Revoking consent sends denied consent signals to any already-loaded tags and removes the first-party analytics cookies the site can access.

Third-Party Assets

After you select a valid image, your browser downloads the background-removal model and runtime assets from rmv-bg.com. These are application files; the request does not contain your selected image or file name.
